More than 20 years experience in Business Management &
Design
Life is about living and hotel living has become part of
our life, whether the take is business or pleasure. We
love to stay at hotels which would give us more, more
from the main lobby entrance, to the pillows and sheets
we sleep in, and overall a pleasant experience. The
comfort and pleasure stays with us forever, and the word
of mouth goes wherever we sit with colleagues, family, and friends.
We talk about our favorite hotels. We even go further to
blog our fun time memories and Facebook it
right away.
Our commitment is to provide the very best design and
construction expertise throughout the planning, design,
construction and commissioning process.

Director: Roya
Cimmino
Roya Cimmino is a skilled architect, graduated with
art and architectural degree's from University of
Tennessee. Her life long passion is for design and
building.
As an architect and artist, she believes that
architecture is capable of enriching our daily
life's by creating unique and tailored environment
specifically for individual client. As far as design
style, she believes that stressing on one particular
era or style is not necessary.
Roya believes that the most important part in each
project is a creative and thoughtfull
response to the client's goals
and needs.

Nina Hirmanpour – Creative
Design
She is in charge of new ideas and concepts, coordinating
design with elements in the environment and the most
efficient way as possible, a wide attention on new
design concepts, turning ideas into living concepts.
She is highly creative, innovative, and has many design
awards for today’s living style. She is always a couple
of steps ahead of design team, create and execute design
solutions for problems of form, and usability.
She is also an artist in many areas. You can see her
works in Ceramic, Paintings, and graphic design.

affects human emotions, behavior, and overall well-being.
It is our responsibility to work together with our clients on
creating environments that enhance human experience.
To make people happier we use our combined expertise on how
design affects human brain as well as our knowledge on colors,
comfort, and offering an overall a pleasant experience. If we
spend half of our lives in our businesses and offices, why not
